Allen A. Kolber, Esq. graduated as a Belkin Fellow from Cardozo Law School in 1987. Mr. Kolber is a former Assistant District Attorney and served as Supervisor Trial Bureau ADA and Appeals Bureau ADA, arguing appeals before the Appellate Division, New York State.
In 1991, Mr. Kolber accepted a position with a Wall Street civil litigation law firm specializing in all matters of Insurance Litigation, including Jewelers Block, fine arts, armored car, property/casualty and professional liability. Mr. Kolber represented both domestic and foreign insurance companies, including Jewelers Mutual, Hanover Insurance, First Central Insurance, Great American Companies and litigated multi-million dollar claims for Underwriters at Lloyds of London.
Mr. Kolber practices Bankruptcy Law in the Federal U.S. Bankruptcy Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and Corporate Law, including the five boroughs of New York City, Nassau, Suffolk, Westchester, Rockland Counties and the Hudson Valley.
